Ingrid Arno

Ingrid Arno is an experienced professional in gender equality and women's empowerment, currently serving as an Inter-Agency Coordination Specialist at UN Women since September 2010, contributing to the transition of several entities into UN Women under the leadership of Michelle Bachelet. Prior to this role, Ingrid Arno worked as an External Relations Specialist at the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) and as an Associate Expert at the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO). Additionally, Ingrid Arno has experience as a Woman/Child Impact Specialist at Save the Children Federation, Inc. and as a Research Specialist at the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW). Ingrid Arno's educational background includes studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), the University of Bristol, and the European School Brussels II.
