Laura Izquierdo

Laura Izquierdo is a skilled Partnerships Analyst at UN Women since October 2022, focusing on the analysis and development of partner intelligence and knowledge management for institutional capacity. Previously, Laura served as a Regional Cooperation Specialist at the Asian Development Bank from February 2019 to September 2022, contributing to the Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation Program and the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Program, where research and project implementation in areas such as trade, infrastructure, and gender integration were prioritized. Earlier experience includes serving as an International Trade Advisor at the Spanish Economic and Commercial Office in Manila and as an Industrial Design Engineer at Uplifting Vertical S.A. Laura holds an MBA in International Management, Economy & Business from ICEX-CECO and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Industrial Design and Product Development from Universidad de Zaragoza, complemented by studies at Mälardalen University.
