Mame Diarra Sow

Mame Diarra Sow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic empowerment and climate resilience, currently serving as a Women Economic Empowerment Program Analyst at UN Women since July 2018. Previous roles at UN Women include Women Economic Empowerment Programme Associate and Climate Resilient Agriculture Associate, along with an internship as a UN Coordinator focused on Climate Smart Agriculture. Prior experience includes a Programme Governance Internship at UNDP and roles in student recruitment and protocol services. Mame Diarra Sow holds a Master of Arts in International Development from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from York University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from the West African College of the Atlantic.
