Merry Mailangkay

Merry Mailangkay currently serves as the Operations Manager at UN Women, leading operational strategies and overseeing financial and human resources management for the Indonesia office since January 2019. With extensive experience in finance, Merry previously held the position of Country Manager - Finance at Child Fund International from December 2005 to December 2018, where responsibilities included developing finance strategies aligned with organizational goals. Earlier roles include Finance & Administration Manager at International Medical Corps and Internal Auditor at Novotel Hotels. Merry holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Klabat and is pursuing a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Organizational Development at Universitas Pelita Harapan.
