Sanjana Chhantyal

Sanjana Chhantyal is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on youth empowerment, education, and sustainable development. Currently serving as a Manager at Criterion Institute and engaged with UN Women as a member of various committees, including the AI School and Beijing+30 Youth Steering Committee, Sanjana is also the Founder and Education Mentor at Next Steps Project, assisting students in academic decision-making. As the Project Lead for the Youth Solutions Program under the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, Sanjana has driven initiatives supporting young entrepreneurs globally. Additional roles include Global Youth Advisor for USAID Youth Excel, Co-Founder of Stree-Shakti_Women-in-Energy, and Investment Analyst at Avasar Equity Limited. Sanjana's academic background includes an MBA from Emory University as a Fulbright Scholar, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
