Nisha Y.

Nisha Y. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nisha started their career in 2011 at Schlumberger, where they worked as a Regional Sales professional for Brunei, Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore until 2016. In 2017, they joined Quess Corp Limited as a Business Development Manager. Nisha then moved on to KellyOCG in 2018, where they served as a Sales Manager for Global Solutions in the ASEAN region. From 2019 to 2020, Nisha worked at Amaris Consulting as a Senior Manager handling Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Culture at UMAI Restaurant Software since November 2020, and has recently been promoted to the role of Regional Head of People & Culture in September of 2022.

Nisha Y. has a background in Mass Communication (Public Relations) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. Nisha also holds additional certifications in various areas such as Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Sales, Bidding, Negotiation, Presentation, and General Sales from Schlumberger.
