Nisha Y. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nisha started their career in 2011 at Schlumberger, where they worked as a Regional Sales professional for Brunei, Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore until 2016. In 2017, they joined Quess Corp Limited as a Business Development Manager. Nisha then moved on to KellyOCG in 2018, where they served as a Sales Manager for Global Solutions in the ASEAN region. From 2019 to 2020, Nisha worked at Amaris Consulting as a Senior Manager handling Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Culture at UMAI Restaurant Software since November 2020, and has recently been promoted to the role of Regional Head of People & Culture in September of 2022.
