Steve Lau has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Steve is currently serving as the Product Innovation Director at Una Brands since February 2022. At Una Brands, they contribute to building a next-generation consumer goods conglomerate and assists in creating a product innovation pipeline and portfolio for their brands.
Prior to Una Brands, Steve worked as the Product Strategy Director at Prep Ventures Pte Ltd from January 2018 to February 2022. At Prep Ventures, they played a key role in leading the product content and design for Prep Jr, an MOE-approved Chinese language learning app.
From March 2017 to January 2022, Steve worked at Symrise AG as a Technical Marketing Manager. At Symrise, they held positions in both the Global Web Content and APAC Cosmetic Ingredient teams, contributing to the development and production of fragrances, flavorings, and raw materials.
Before joining Symrise AG, Steve worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Razer Inc. from October 2015 to March 2017. At Razer, they served as the global product evangelist for the gaming mice and surfaces category, leading asset and commercialization strategies.
Steve's impressive career also includes their tenure at Procter & Gamble from December 2010 to August 2015, where they served as a Brand Manager in the Prestige beauty category. Steve had three rotations in the Anna Sui Global Team, the Hugo Boss APAC Team, and the SK-II Global Team.
Steve began their career at the Singapore Youth Olympic Games in October 2009, working as a Policy & Finance Officer at the Sports Division of the Ministry of Community Youth and Sports. Steve played a crucial role in coordinating the first Olympic event held in Southeast Asia.
Lastly, Steve started their professional journey at Accenture as a Product Management Executive from 2005 to 2006. Steve worked on the Singapore Ministry of Education Team, managing the MOE School Cockpit Application and contributing to its day-to-day management and improvement innovation process.

Steve Lau attended Anglo-Chinese Junior College from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained their Pre-University degree. In 2005, they enrolled at Singapore Management University and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Business/Corporate Communications in 2009.
In 2019, Steve obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, they completed Stage 2 of 3 in the ACCA certification program offered by ACCA in 2004.
In 2020, Steve started pursuing their MBA degree at Singapore Management University, which they completed in 2021. During their MBA program, they also attended an exchange program at IE Business School in 2021.
