Janet Bannister

Janet Bannister is the Founder and Managing Partner of Staircase Ventures, where they lead seed-stage investments in Canada’s most promising tech companies. Previously, they served as CEO of The Coveteur, driving its growth before its sale, and held various leadership positions, including Founder and Country Manager of Kijiji Canada. Janet has extensive experience on multiple boards and has been a key player in companies across various sectors, including Pinnacle, Clutch, and BenchSci. They hold a degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.
