Sophie Koch

Sophie Koch has extensive experience in the medico-social sector, currently serving as the Directrice de pôle ESAT at Unapei 92 since August 2017, overseeing multiple facilities that support the integration of individuals with disabilities in various employment activities. Previous roles include positions as a Directrice Stagiaire in EHPADs at Korian and Domusvi, and a Directrice Stagiaire at Unapei 92, where Sophie gained hands-on experience working with vulnerable populations. Sophie also founded Choix-de-parents.com, a digital platform, and has held marketing positions at Bayard Presse Jeunesse and Paramount Pictures, along with being the Director and Owner of a toy store. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Directeur Structures de Santé et de Solidarité from De Vinci Executive Education and a Deug de Droit from Université Paris Nanterre.
