Jim Normandeau is an experienced Engineering Manager III at EarthScope Consortium since January 2023. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Project Manager III at UNAVCO Inc since June 1990. From November 1998 to December 2003, Jim was the GPS Network Manager at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian.
