Gil Coelho

Gil Coelho serves as the Head of Product at Unbabel since December 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing Product Strategy and Roadmap while representing the product within the leadership team. With a strong foundation in product management roles at Unbabel, Gil led various teams to develop the Unbabel Portal and enhance user experience through AI-driven solutions. Additionally, as Co-Organizer and Program Manager for the AI Moonshot Challenge, Gil collaborated with the Portuguese Space Agency to drive innovation addressing climate change. Previous leadership experience at JUNITEC includes serving as President of the General Assembly and Board, achieving significant growth and accolades during tenure. Gil holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and two Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management from Instituto Superior Técnico and Polytechnique Montréal.
