Arnold Christe

Arnold Christe is the current VP Consulting Services at Unblu. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at SECOIA Executive Consultants Ltd from January 2018 to June 2018. Arnold's management specialities include business engineering, interim management, project management, change management, executive coaching, and IT strategy. Arnold has also worked as the CEO of Globaz SA from March 2012 to October 2015, where they were responsible for market development and increasing the installed customer base from 7 to 21 cantons. Arnold also led the organizational transformation of the company from small to medium enterprise. Some of their accomplishments in this role include setting up a clear Client Relationship Management process, implementing a new Release Management process, and certification projects for ISO9001 / ISO27001. Arnold has also managed a team of up to 100 people.
