Martin Kraus has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Martin began their career at Grant Thornton as a Senior Accountant from 1984 to 1987. Martin then joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City as a Treasury Analyst and Internal Auditor from 1987 to 1988. Following that, they worked at YRCW as a Finance Manager for over 20 years. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Unbound (fka Christian Foundation for Children and Aging) since 2009.

Martin Kraus attended Rockhurst University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting.
