Rebecca Findley has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Rebecca started their career in 2006 with the Peace Corps, where they served as a Youth, Family, and Community Development Promoter, leading community-based projects and aiding educators in teaching methods. Following that, they worked as a Bi-lingual Family Support Advocate at the University of Kansas Medical Center, providing case management services and managing grant funds for a program targeting healthy families.

In 2010, Rebecca joined the Civic Leadership, Education, and Action Project as a Project Coordinator, guiding a student-led youth group in civic education and activism. Rebecca then worked at Holy Rosary Credit Union as a Program Development, Micro-business lending VISTA, supporting the development of micro-business lending and business support products for immigrant entrepreneurs in Kansas City.

Rebecca's career in evaluation and program management began in 2012 at Unbound (nonprofit), where they initially served as an International Evaluation Specialist. In this role, they designed and conducted evaluations for localized and global programs in 19 countries, while also providing training to program staff. Rebecca later became the International Evaluation Manager, where they built an organizational learning framework and led the scaling of Unbound's global evaluation strategy.

Currently, Rebecca is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City's School of Management.

Rebecca Findley completed their education with a Masters in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors in Social Work with a focus on Social Work and Spanish Cultural Studies from Kansas State University between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, in 2005, Rebecca briefly studied Spanish Language and Culture at the Universidad de Málaga.
