Alessandra Pastor

Alessandra Pastor, M.Ed., is a Learning and Development Specialist at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where responsibilities include facilitating new employee onboarding, developing training resources, and managing compliance with OSHA standards. In addition to this role, Alessandra serves as a Curriculum Specialist for Teach Starter, designing K-5 English Language Arts resources. Previous experience includes significant teaching roles at the Canadian School of Warsaw, focusing on curriculum development and student progress monitoring, as well as early teaching positions at various educational institutions. Alessandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and General Special Education from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
