Courtney Hill

Courtney Hill currently serves as the Director of Assessment, Planning, and Accreditation at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Courtney Hill held multiple roles at Old Dominion University, including Associate Director for Student Success and Adjunct Faculty in the College of Education & Professional Studies, where courses on Learning & Development and Assessment of Learning were taught. Prior experience includes various positions at Tidewater Community College and Hampton University, focusing on academic advising, program management, and employer relations. Educationally, Courtney Hill is pursuing a PhD in Educational Psychology and Program Evaluation at Old Dominion University and holds a Master's degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Hampton University, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Old Dominion University.
