Eric T. Gross

Eric T. Gross currently serves as the Executive Associate Athletic Director and Executive Director of the 49er Athletic Foundation at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte since June 2024. Prior to this role, Gross amassed over a decade of experience at the University at Buffalo, where positions included Deputy Director of Athletics for External Operations, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development, Associate Athletic Director for Development, and Assistant Athletic Director for Development from July 2012 to June 2024. Gross also held positions at the University of Mississippi as Associate Director and Assistant Director for Development from February 2010 to July 2012 and began a career in athletics at the University of Tennessee as a Development Assistant from August 2008 to February 2010. Eric T. Gross earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from San Diego State University.
