Gaurav Chikhle

Gaurav Chikhle is an experienced engineering leader, currently serving as a Board Member for Student Mentoring & Coaching at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte since January 2020. Previously, Gaurav held engineering leadership roles at Chewy, Target, Walmart, and Morgan Stanley, demonstrating expertise in product design, development, and cost reduction strategies. At Chewy, Gaurav oversaw the shared services department and implemented successful offshore contracting initiatives. At Target, responsibilities included managing Infrastructure as a Service offerings, defining team objectives, and developing the File Transfer as a Service product. Gaurav's technical background is supported by a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University (LNCT College).
