Katie Kelley

Katie Kelley, EdD, MBA, serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enterprise Applications at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte since July 2023. Previous roles include CIO & Executive Director, Application Services Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst at Ellucian from July 2017 to July 2023. Prior to Ellucian, Katie held the position of Director of Operations at Mahogany and worked as a Department of Defense Contractor at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additional experience includes serving as an Enrollment Associate at Onondaga Community College and as a professional basketball player for KuSG Leimen. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Manhattanville University, completion of the CIO Development Program at Ellucian, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of Hartford.
