Tobias Witte

Tobias (Toby) Witte is an accomplished architect and real estate entrepreneur with extensive experience in designing and promoting modern, energy-efficient homes across the Carolinas and Virginia. Since co-founding Wittehaus in 2017, Toby has authored the book "Supersizing Bliss," which critiques the current state of North American housing and offers innovative design solutions. As a public speaker and podcast host, Toby shares insights from this work, focusing on sustainable building practices. In addition to leadership roles at Shepard Collins and the Green Built Alliance, Toby engages with the academic community as a guest lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Toby's educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, both from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, complemented by a degree in building technology from Handelskammer Hamburg.
