The Governance and Oversight team at UNC Charlotte is responsible for ensuring the university operates in accordance with its mission, policies, and legal requirements. This team, comprised of trustees and key leadership members, oversees strategic planning, risk management, and institutional governance to support effective decision-making and maintain accountability within the university.
