Elizabeth Causby, FACHE, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Elizabeth is currently the Director of Operations, Inpatient and Specialty Practices at Carolinas HealthCare System Blue Ridge since July 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Carolinas HealthCare System starting from August 2011. These roles include being the Director of Inpatient Physician Practices, Practice Manager of Behavioral Health Providers, and Practice Manager of Hospitalist Group. Before joining Carolinas HealthCare System, Elizabeth worked as a Client Services Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care from August 2010 to August 2011. Elizabeth also gained experience in Patient Registration at Carolinas HealthCare System from August 2009 to August 2010. Elizabeth started their healthcare career with a Health Care Internship at J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center from May 2008 to July 2008, where they gained valuable knowledge in various aspects of health care management.

Elizabeth Causby, FACHE, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Appalachian State University, where they focused on the field of MBA, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a specialization in Health Care Management from the same institution, from 2006 to 2009.
