Cathy Rodrigues

Cathy Rodrigues is an experienced social worker and professional coach with a diverse background in healthcare and case management. Since June 2009, Cathy has been with UNC Hospitals, serving as Transitions Social Worker-Team Lead, Transitions Case Manager, and Case Manager. Cathy is also a retired professional from SDR since April 2021 and has been involved with Mentorcoach, Inc. since January 2009 as a Certification Feedback provider. Additional experience includes roles at Evanston Hospital as Pediatric Technical Assistance Coordinator and at Lutheran General Hospital as a Social Worker in the Juvenile Diabetes Clinic. Cathy's educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Certified MentorCoach designation from MentorCoach, Inc.
