Diana Massa

Diana Massa, RRT, MHA, currently serves as the System Vice President of Imaging at UNC Health since May 2025. Prior to this role, Diana held multiple leadership positions at UNC REX Healthcare from 2002 to September 2025, including Vice President of Operations and Associate Vice President of Heart, Vascular, and Radiology Services, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of daily operations, budget management, and program development. Diana's experience also includes managing the expansion of service lines and the development of the Rex Wound Healing Center, achieving a positive return on investment within a year. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy from York College of Pennsylvania.
