Holly Mason RN, MSN, CEN is a highly experienced nursing professional with significant leadership roles in healthcare. Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment, House Operations, and Nursing Staffing Systems at UNC Health since January 2020, Holly has previously held positions including Nurse Manager for the Intensive Care Unit and Medical Surgical Unit at Novant Health and Director of House Operations at High Point Regional Health. With a background in critical care transport management at Wake Forest Baptist Health, Holly successfully expanded the air and ground transport services across a multi-state region. Holly holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Radford University.
