Iris Ria Dickinson

Iris Ria (Pacis) Dickinson serves as the System Executive Director for Enterprise Support Services at UNC Health since September 2006. As an administrative leader, Iris plays a key role in the COVID-19 Leadership Team, coordinating the health care system's pandemic response and establishing the COVID-19 vaccination program. Previous positions include Director of Operational Efficiency, where Iris facilitated the scaling of virtual care services during the pandemic and supported various stakeholders. Additional experience encompasses senior leadership roles focusing on quality improvement utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and overseeing patient access initiatives. Prior to UNC Health, Iris worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in clinical practice supervision and project coordination, and held research and legislative roles at The Actors Fund and New York University School of Medicine. Iris holds an MPA in Health Policy and Management and a BA in Metropolitan Studies from New York University.
