Kristen Soth

Kristen Soth has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as the Manager of UNC Therapy Services at UNC Health Care since December 2017, where program growth in pelvic health, lymphedema, and sports/orthopedic rehabilitation has been a focus, alongside launching two new clinics and developing clinician educational events. Previously, Kristen held roles as a Physical Therapist and Neuro Clinical Specialist at Cone Health from March 2001 to August 2018, including a position as Site Manager overseeing program development and staff management. Kristen also worked as a Rehabilitation Coordinator at High Point Regional Health System from April 2015 to December 2017, enhancing patient experiences and rebuilding the outpatient neurological rehab program. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Elon University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia.
