Smeet R. Bhimani

Smeet R. Bhimani is an accomplished emergency medicine professional with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina College of Emergency Physicians and Associate Medical Director at UNC Health's Emergency Department, Smeet has held various roles including Clinical Assistant Professor and faculty member at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Smeet's background includes co-founding AlgoRhythm Diagnostics LLC, which developed an innovative tool for improving ultrasound evaluation accuracy, and serving as Chief Strategy Officer for Synapse at UMDNJ.
