Tom Caffey

Tom Caffey, MBA, MBB, CQE, has extensive experience in operational efficiency and quality management within the healthcare and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as the System Executive Director of Enterprise Support Services at UNC Health since September 2010, Tom Caffey has held various leadership roles focused on enhancing organizational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previously, Tom co-founded Spotlight Solar, where the company specialized in manufacturing innovative solar panel mounting equipment. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Megawatt Solar and GKN Driveline, along with significant roles at Reynolds Metals Company. Tom Caffey earned an MBA from Bellarmine University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
