Leslie Hopkins

Leslie Hopkins has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting at Spherion in 1998, they initially served as a Support Services Manager for IBM until 2002 when they transitioned to the role of Wellness Coordinator. In 2008, Leslie joined Rex Healthcare as a Client Representative, leading sales and marketing efforts for Rex Occupational Health Services. Leslie was later promoted to Business Office Manager, providing supervision and direction for administrative and clinical staff until 2014. Following their time at Rex Healthcare, Leslie worked as a Practice Manager at UNC Physicians Network, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures and overseeing employee performance. In 2017, they became a Business Development Manager, collaborating with internal departments to execute physician relationship development and assist with organizational goals. Leslie continued to progress within the organization, becoming a Regional Manager in 2018 and a Regional Administrator II in 2019. Currently, Leslie holds the position of Director of Operations at UNC Physicians Network, responsible for overseeing the organization's operations. Additionally, Leslie has worked as an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay since 2002.

Leslie Hopkins received a BS in Home Economics in Business and Community Services from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1991. Later, in 2012, Leslie obtained a MHA in Healthcare Administration from Pfeiffer University.
