Susan Gilmore

Susan Gilmore, MBA, FACHE has extensive work experience in the field of business development and strategy. Susan is currently serving as the Executive Director of Business Development and Planning at UNC Physicians Network, where they are responsible for establishing innovative relationships, financial analysis, planning, negotiations, and resource management. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Business Development & Strategy at the same company.

Before joining UNC Physicians Network, Susan worked as a Business Development/Marketing Manager at Clark Memorial Hospital from 2007 to 2015. Susan also served as the Marketing and Administration Manager at the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers from 2004 to 2007.

Additionally, Susan has experience as a Front Office Assistant at Lambert, Klamer & George, LLC from 1994 to 2000, and as a Registration/Bed Board staff member at Norton Suburban Hospital from 1991 to 1994.

Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated their ability to drive growth and profitability, establish key partnerships, and deliver value-based care in the healthcare industry. Susan holds an MBA degree and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Susan Gilmore, MBA, FACHE obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky. Susan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Campbellsville University, completing it in 2015.
