UNCAC Coalition
Danella Newman is an experienced Project Manager at the UNCAC Coalition since November 2019, focusing on outreach, technical support, and policy advice for civil society organizations regarding the UN Convention against Corruption. Previous roles include Project Officer at the same organization, where Danella facilitated global civil society participation and coordinated advocacy activities. Additional experience includes positions at CARE Austria as a communications trainee, the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, and the International Ombudsman Institute. Danella holds multiple Master’s degrees in Euroculture and undergraduate degrees in Spanish Philology and European Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology from renowned universities in Europe.

UNCAC Coalition
The UNCAC Coalition is the only global network uniting civil society actors from all backgrounds committed to promoting the ratification, implementation and monitoring of the UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC). The Convention is the only binding universal anti-corruption instrument and has been ratified by 183 countries. The Coalition has a membership of over 100 civil society organisations and individuals on all continents, as well as a wider network of an additional 250 organisations. This membership harnesses a broad range of issues: human rights, anti-corruption, freedom of information, financial transparency and environmental expertise.
