Felice Silvia

Felice Silvia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fashion and product development industry. Currently serving as President of UNCAS INTERNATIONAL since August 2014, Felice previously held the position of VP of Product Development at Crimzonrose Division of LFUSA from 2011 to 2014, overseeing a team of 25 and managing key accounts such as Walmart and Target. Prior roles include Director of Global Sourcing at Crimzon Rose International from 2007 to 2011, responsible for sourcing and manufacturing fashion jewelry, and Junior Merchant, where product assortments were created to expand various product categories. Felice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Studio Arts from Sacred Heart University and has completed Business Management classes at Bryant University.
