Brandon Hudgeons has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles.
Brandon started their career in 1998 as an Attorney at Gunderson Dettmer, where they represented high-tech and emerging-growth companies and venture capital firms.
In 1999, they joined Motive, Inc. as a Product Manager. Brandon then moved on to Motive Communications, Inc. in 2000, where they served as a Business Development Manager and Product Manager, working on cell phone and PDA support projects.
In 2001, Hudgeons became the CEO of Internal Machine Industries, Inc. During their tenure, they led the architecture and implementation of Frequency 31, an audience interactive entertainment and education platform. Brandon also developed and deployed IMI's technology in cinemas and led the development of award-winning media properties.
From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the VP of Technology at Enspire Learning, Inc., overseeing technology initiatives.
In 2011, Hudgeons became the President of ATsoft LLC, and in 2012, they joined schooX as the COO and VP of Technology.
Currently, they are working at Unchained Capital as the COO, a position they have held since 2017.
Throughout their career, Hudgeons has demonstrated expertise in various areas, including operations, technology, business development, and product management.
Brandon Hudgeons has a diverse and extensive education history. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College with a double major in Creative Writing and Computer Science, which was modified with Economics. This degree was obtained between the years 1990 and 1994.
Subsequently, Brandon pursued higher education at the University of Texas School of Law from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. During this time, they focused their studies on Intellectual Property and Corporate Law. Simultaneously, they attended the University of Texas Graduate School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their MBA program emphasized Entrepreneurship and Information Management, specifically focusing on Technology Strategies.
Later on, from 2000 to 2002, Brandon attended The University of Texas at Austin where they pursued a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering (MCEE) degree with a field of study in Software Engineering.
Aside from their formal education, Brandon also obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in November 2012.
