Brittany Gilbert has over 13 years of extensive experience in the restaurant industry, primarily with Uncle Julio's Restaurant Group, where positions included Group Dining Sales Manager, Culinary Manager, and Group Dining Specialist, along with various roles in hospitality and service. Prior experience also includes serving and training at Domo 77 Inc and serving and hosting at Kopper Kitchen. Brittany holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from the College of DuPage and a foundation degree in General Studies from Willowbrook High School.
