Prior roles include Corporate Recruiting Manager at Conifer Health Solutions, Talent Acquisition Manager at JCPenney, and a series of positions at 7-Eleven, starting as a Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiter. Rosie began their career at JCPenney, working as Home Office Recruiting Manager and managing all aspects of the recruiting cycle, demonstrating a strong ability to build talent pipelines and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.
