Carell Grass has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Carell currently holds the role of Vice President of Business Development at Uncle Maddio's Pizza, a founding fast-casual pizza concept. Prior to that, Carell served as the President of Concept Growth Partners, a concept development and brand creation consulting firm. Carell has also held positions such as Director of Franchise Operations at Popbar, Vice President of Operations at U Swirl, and Vice President of Franchise Operations at Yogurtini. Carell's previous experience includes being the Owner & Chief Operating Officer at Papa Murphy's International dba Arkel Food Service and working as the Director of Franchise Operations at the same company. Carell also has experience as an Owner and Partner at Smokehouse Tavern.
Carell Grass attended Lamar University from 1981 to 1983, where they focused on studying Political Science and Business. Later, from 1992 to 1994, they attended Cornell University, majoring in Retail Management.
