Susan Nogues is the Director of Retail Merchandise at Uncle Nearest. Susan has over four years of experience in consumer products marketing, including three years with the Nashville Soccer Club. In their role with the soccer club, they were responsible for executing the consumer products business plan, monitoring overall retail performance and budgeting, and identifying growth opportunities in business operations. Susan also liaised between the club and in-venue retailer (Fanatics) regarding product assortment, retail marketing campaigns, game day/event operations, and activation strategy.

In addition to their work with the soccer club, Susan has also created and planned consumer products calendars to coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns surrounding specific products. Susan has also collaborated with the creative and content departments to create and plan digital campaigns including photo shoots, social media strategy, and design sessions. Susan is a skilled researcher and budget tracker, and has successfully grown the consumer products business in inaugural year of club’s existence to over $2 million in gross revenue across all merchandise channels.

Susan Nogues received their Master of Fine Arts in Recording Arts and Technology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and their Bachelor of Arts in Radio/TV/Film from California State University, Fullerton.
