Caitlin Shaffer has extensive experience in the hospitality and service industries, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at UNCO since August 2019, after progressing through various roles including Service Manager, Reception Manager, and Server. Prior experience includes leading marketing initiatives as Marketing Lead at Topgolf, and diverse roles in customer service and operations across multiple establishments, such as WHATABURGER, Starbucks, and Aeropostale. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from Washington State University, completed in 2017.
