Kabillan Navaratnarasa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kabillan started their career as an Assistant Accountant at VMA Group in 2011, followed by positions at Global Visas and Kings Place Music Foundation. In 2012, they joined Eames Consulting Group as an Assistant Management Accountant.

After gaining experience in the finance field, Kabillan transitioned into business development roles. Kabillan worked as a Senior Account Manager at The Future Factory from 2017 to 2018, where they were promoted to Senior Account Manager. Kabillan then joined Fever PR as a Business Development Manager and later moved to TMW Unlimited as a Business Development Manager and subsequently as a Senior Business Development Manager.

In 2021, Kabillan took on the role of New Business & Marketing Director at cain&abelDDB. Kabillan then served as the UK New Business Director at We Are Social before joining Uncommon Creative Studio as the New Business Director in 2023. Throughout their career, Kabillan has demonstrated their expertise in new business development and marketing.

Kabillan Navaratnarasa completed their secondary education at Tiffin School, spanning from 2001 to 2008. Kabillan then pursued a degree in Economics with Finance and Management at Queen Mary University of London from 2008 to 2011.
