Franki Crosse

Franki Crosse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and venture talent development. Currently serving as the Head of Venture Talent at Rainmaking APAC since October 2021, Franki has played a pivotal role in fostering corporate venture building through an innovative equity-share model. In addition, Franki is a member of Uncommon, a network supporting female leaders, and previously held the position of Associate Director at Profile Search & Selection, where expertise was focused on recruitment solutions for financial services and other industries. Prior roles at Oasis HR Group as a Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Researcher involved advising organizations ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations in their HR recruitment efforts. Franki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Combined Honours in Geography and Politics from Durham University.
