Currently serving as the Operations and Community Manager at Uncork Capital, Tilly previously worked as a Network Operations Analyst at Draper Venture Network, where an automated workflow structure was developed to enhance internal initiatives. Additional roles include Network Consultant at Foundry Group, Event Producer at Venture Further Events, and Database Operations Analyst at Relay Ventures, among others. Tilly’s expertise encompasses database management, event strategy development, and social media content creation, acquired through positions at prominent companies such as IBM and Northeastern University.
