Anila Premti

Anila Premti is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international law and legal affairs, currently serving as a Legal Officer in the Legal Affairs Division at UN Climate Change since February 2024. With a long tenure at UNCTAD since March 2004, Anila has worked in the Division on Technology and Logistics, contributing to trade logistics and policy legislation. Previous roles at the United Nations include legal officer positions in various offices, including the Office of Administration of Justice and the Department of Justice in Kosovo. Anila's background also includes serving as a legal specialist and diplomat at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania. Anila holds a Master’s degree in International Law from Tulane University Law School and numerous certificates in related fields, underscoring a solid academic foundation in international relations and law.
