Jeff Ertzberger

Jeff Ertzberger, Ed. D., is an experienced instructional designer and educator, currently serving as the Director of the Educational Technology Unit at UNC Wilmington since 2002. In this role, Jeff focuses on designing, developing, and improving educational products and programs, as well as creating training resources using rapid eLearning authoring tools. Additionally, Jeff teaches instructional design and technology courses as an Emerging Technology Liaison and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where courses are offered at the Masters and Doctoral levels. Jeff holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Technology and a Master's degree in the same field from Pepperdine University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
