John Reed has extensive experience in direct response marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and database development. John currently holds the position of President at Reed Direct Marketing and is also the Director of the Center for Sales Excellence & Customer Delight at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. With a background in teaching marketing and sales courses at various universities, John has also worked as a Program Manager at MBI Inc. and as a Marketing Manager at Citi.
