Kathleen Lubert

Kathleen Lubert is an experienced professional in prospect development and fundraising operations, currently serving as the Director of Prospect Development at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since September 2023. Previously held the position of Manager of Gift and Data Services at Wake Forest Baptist Health from February 2021 to August 2023 and served as the Senior Director of Prospect Research at Guilford College from July 2017 to December 2020. In this role, Kathleen established a comprehensive prospect research program and enhanced portfolio management for Major Gift Officers. Kathleen's extensive background includes leadership positions at Binghamton University, where responsibilities encompassed university-wide prospect and donor management, as well as market research roles at various organizations, underscoring a strong analytical and strategic planning acumen. Kathleen holds an MPA in Healthcare from Pace University and dual degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
