Shannon Pease

Shannon Pease, Ed.D., serves as the Associate Athletics Director and Director of Student-Athlete Support Services at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since June 2013, with prior roles including Assistant Athletic Director and Athletic Academic Coordinator. In addition, Shannon Pease is an Adjunct Faculty member at Creighton University, teaching online courses in various leadership programs. Previous experience includes a Football Academics Intern at the University of Minnesota and a Graduate Assistant at the University of Oklahoma focused on psychological resources for student-athletes. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, a Master of Education in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sport Management from Seton Hall University.
