Kris Hattori has a diverse work experience in various industries. They began their career as a Game Producer at Luckybird Games, where they were involved in game design, UI/UX, development, artwork, and sound design. During this time, one of their games, Equatia, received recognition and was used in Rocketship Charter Schools.

They then worked as a Project Manager at EdSurge, where they were responsible for filming, editing, and curating material for the company's YouTube channels. They also managed social media accounts and coordinated large-scale events.

In 2013, Kris joined Undefeated Inc. as an Ecommerce/Campaign Manager, overseeing collaborative campaigns with brands such as Beats By Dre, Nike, Adidas, and Asics. They also implemented retail solutions, created customer service policies, and implemented Zendesk. Later, they became the Director of Ecommerce, coordinating a website migration and streamlining supply chain systems.

They collaborate with various partners such as Nike, Vans, Converse, and adidas. They also work with the e-commerce team to improve the customer experience through SEO optimization, ADA compliance, and site structure enhancements.

Kris Hattori attended the University of Southern California from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Cinematic Arts: Critical Studies. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, Kris attended UC Irvine and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies.
