Raluca Hagiu

Raluca Hagiu has been working in the professional field since 2010. Raluca began as a Study Abroad Advisor and Educational Counselor at EDUCATIVA, where they were responsible for presenting educational systems and their particularities from 12 countries worldwide, providing information about financial outlooks, giving feedback on application files, and counseling more than 880 prospect students. Raluca then became a Senior Educational Counselor at EDUCATIVA, where their main responsibilities included assisting and advising students about academic decisions and helping them choose the right university to study abroad, completing evaluations, analyzing results, and providing purposeful feedback. Raluca then moved into a Recruiting Coordinator role, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the recruiting strategy, guidelines, and procedures based on goals and needs, as well as finding, attracting, and hiring new counselors to fill open positions. Lastly, Raluca has been a Growth Operations Manager and Product Manager at Undelucram.ro since 2019. In this role, they have been responsible for monitoring the production processes, adjusting schedules as needed, following up on operational and technical issues, supporting in estimating new product forecasts and market size, working in cross-functional teams and executing product specifications, monitoring competitive updates and maintaining product portfolio overview, preparing launch material and marketing bulletins for new products, providing sales support for the existing product portfolio and new product launches, establishing success criteria for key product features using meaningful metrics, developing great user-centered experience solutions, translating user problems and requirements into tasks, and supporting User Experience Designer’s work.

Raluca Hagiu holds a Master's degree in Business Communication from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, obtained in 2014. Raluca also holds a Bachelor in International Business and Economics from the same university, obtained in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Romanian Business Leaders, British Council, Ministry of Justice, and the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. These include an Antreprenoria Course in 2019, a UK Agents Training Certificate, Counseling and Guidance Services in 2015, an Authorized Translator and Interpreter EN-ROM, ROM-EN in 2014, a Psychological, pedagogical and educational skills training - Level II Postgraduate in 2014, and a Psychological, pedagogical and educational skills training - Level I Postgraduate in 2012.
