Currently, they serve as the Sr. Manager of Analytics at Under Armour, where they leverage data insights to enhance sports apparel branding. As the founder of the Fan Engagement Consultancy, Bas focuses on understanding fans' needs through data-driven strategies and has consulted for prominent organizations such as FIFA and UEFA. Previously, they held the position of Head of CRM & Insights at AZ Alkmaar, significantly boosting customer engagement through innovative data initiatives.
